Qualification and Requirements

  • Ensure all application users are up to date and consistency with latest HR contact list by regular checking and confirm with HOD and branch managers
  • Provide day to day support for bank application systems such as SWIFT system, Western Union, BOL Report, CIB, Napier, Call Center/SIP Phone and all banking applications;
  • Respond promptly to incidents, investigate and provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated and solutions to users.
  • Communicates, analyzes and troubleshoots routine user problems and provides proper solutions.
  • Creates and updates user accounts, passwords, and privileges/ rights as assigned and directed by system administrators.
  • Responsible for monitoring of production application
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures

Qualification and Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • At least one years’ experience in Banking applications or related
  • Knowledge of principles and operations of computer systems and related peripheral equipment.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot users’ problems via the telephone.
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of current technology and able to learn new technology.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, accurately and effectively, both verbal and written, as well as on the telephone.
  • Ability to understand and respond to user questions in an effective and courteous manner.
  • Ability to convey technical procedures.
  • Proficiency with operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Servers, Others…
