LAK, THB and USD.
There is no fixed loan limit. The approved loan amount will depend on the applicant’s source of income, repayment capacity, and the appraised value of the collateral provided.
LAK (Lao Kip): Starting from 14.% - 16% per annum.
THB (Thai Baht): Starting from 14.% - 16% per annum.
USD (US Dollar): Starting from 14.% - 16% per annum.
Loan terms range from 1 to 5 years, (The term can be short or long depending on the purpose of the loan and the borrower’s repayment capacity)
- Interest is payable monthly, at the end of each month
- Principal repayment may be made monthly or in scheduled installments, based on the borrower’s capacity.
- Deposit account with our bank or other financial institutions
- Title of a land in urban area.
- Copy of national identification card
- Copy of family registration book
- Proof of current residential address
- Income or salary verification letter
- Employment contract
- Salary deduction authorization form for loan repayment
- Copy of a permanent land title under the applicant’s name
- Other additional documents as required by the bank
A response will be provided within 3 to 5 working days after all required information and documents have been fully submitted to the bank.
- A one-time processing fee of 1% of the approved loan amount.
- A collateral valuation fee of 1% 0.25% of the appraised collateral value
