• New customers who apply for a new credit card Visa/MasterCard/JCB. Free of application’s fee annual fee for the first year and next year pay annual fee only for one type of card (usually the annual fee for Gold card 400,000Kip/card/year and Silver card 300,000Kip/card/year);
• In case the card holder closes the card before the expiry of 1 year, a fee of 80,000 kip/card will be charged;
• Every card will receive accumulated points to redeem for prizes throughout the use of the card 10,000 Kip = 1 point.

• For main card holders aged 21-60 and supplementary card holders aged 18 and over;
• Payroll staff with a employment time of 1 year or more, minimum monthly income of 1.5 million Kip or more (Silver card) 10 million Kip or more (Gold card);
• For companies that do not pay Payroll with Phongsavanh Bank, they must be clients working at well-known companies/organizations at the level of department heads or above;
• Common individuals only have a Phongsavanh Bank deposit account starting at 5 million Kip and above;
• For customers 60 years old and above must have a guaranteed deposit account;
• Civil servants, employees or business owners can also possess a credit card.
