Customers who receive money or send money with Phongsavanh Bank, would receive money (Cash Back) to the customer's account and illegible for a chance to win a prize according to the promotion conditions as follows:

• Customers who use the "Receive Money" service at the Phongsavanh Bank service unit through the Western Union system will receive cash back in the amount of 5,000 kip/transaction;
• Customers who use the "Send Money" service at the Phongsavanh Bank service unit through the Western Union system will receive cash back in the amount of 20,000 kip/transaction;
• Customers who do not have a kip account with Phongsavanh Bank are considered that they have waived their rights to receive a cashback and cannot be replaced with cash
• Customers who "Send or Receive Money’’ with Phongsavanh Bank will get a chance to win a special prize such as a drinking-water bottle and an umbrella.
• The bank will draw the prize 2 times; in September and December 2023
• Customers who send-receive money earlier are more eligible and have the right to receive more special prizes (the number of prizes is limited).
• All branches, service centers and service units nationwide are participating in the promotion.
